The Global Service Readiness Engineer for Cytiva is responsible for ensuring high serviceability standards in new product development- und lifecyce-management projects, technical publications, initial training, global parts availability, and service process validation .

This position is part of the Global Service Readiness Engineering Team located in Dreieich, Germany and will be hybrid . At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Represent the service organization in new product development- und life-cycle management projects as technical subject matter expert Develop, update and maintain our internal and external product service documentation Define procedures for field modifications, calibrations, and part replacements Own product and subsystem requirements related to serviceability and diagnosis Set FRU (spare part) strategies and interfacing with external organizations such as Service Operations, RundD and Product Engineering The essential requirements of the job include: University Degree in Engineering: e.g. Biomedical, Mechatronics, Systems-Engineering, etc. 3- 5 years of relevant work experience (e.g. field service engineer, project engineer, manufacturing engineer) Hands-on approach with regards to installations, upgrades and repairs Experience of technical writing and defining requirement specifications (e.g. Design for Serviceability / Design for Reliability) Excellent English skills in writing and speaking It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Customer oriented attitude with effective communication skills Demonstrated technical depth with problem-solving techniques and meeting deadlines und deliverables At Cytiva we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
